As a member of the Franchise Committee Task Force, American Bar Association Section of Anti-trust Law, Mr. Flanagan was a contributing author to a Monograph entitled "Franchise Protection: Laws Against Termination and Establishment of Additional Franchisees", ABA Anti-trust Section: Monograph No. 17.

National Association Minority Dealers’ Annual Conference, and other events
Mr. Flanagan was invited to participate in the National Association of Minority Dealers annual conference as a guest speaker, and is a regular participant in the annual California New Motor Vehicle Board “Roundtable” conference that includes a broad spectrum of automotive industry representatives from around the nation.

California New Motor Vehicle Board’s Annual Roundtable event
Mr. Flanagan recently accepted an invitation to be a guest panelist at the New Motor Vehicle Board’s March 2007 Roundtable event. He will participate in a panel discussion regarding the number of automotive dealers in the nation, and in California, and the implications of increasing or decreasing that number, as it relates to automotive consumers, manufacturers and retail dealerships.

American Conference Association Seminar regarding On-Line Automotive Motor Sales
Mr. Flanagan was on the faculty of the American Conference Association Seminar entitled “On-line Automotive Motor Sales”, presented on October 1, 2001, in Chicago. He prepared an article and delivered a lecture summarizing recent statutory and case law in ten (10) states regarding franchised automobile businesses and on-line automotive sales.
